Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
💡 Did not like your first Lit Box?
If you’re not satisfied with your first Lit Box, you can cancel your subscription within 7 days of receiving the box.
- This offer is valid only for new subscribers on their first order.
- A full refund will be processed — no questions asked.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp with your order ID.
- Please allow up to 15 days to process your refund completely.
❌ Order Cancellation Policy
💡 Standard Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, if the box has not yet been dispatched.
- After dispatch, order cancellation is not permitted — however, if this is your first Lit Box, you may still request a subscription cancellation within 7 days of receiving it.
- Cancellation requests will not be accepted beyond the 7-day window from the date of delivery of the first box.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 7 working days.
- You can check the status of your cancellation in your My Account > Orders section.
💡 Returns & Replacements
We accept returns under specific conditions to ensure fairness and quality control.
1. Damaged Product
At The Lit Quest, we take great care to ensure every box is securely packed and dispatched in perfect condition. However, due to factors beyond our control during delivery, occasional damage may occur. If your box or its contents arrive damaged:
- Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include a clear unboxing video showing the sealed box being opened and the damaged contents.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a replacement.
- Our Quality Inspection Team will review the evidence and validate the claim.
- Once approved, a replacement box will be dispatched within 7 working days.
2. No-Show Deliveries
- We attempt delivery twice.
- If delivery fails both times, the box is returned to our warehouse.
- You may request re-shipping, but additional shipping charges will apply.
