Order Dispatch Timelines

At The Lit Quest, we take pride in making sure that each Lit Box is tailored and delivered with care, based on your child’s age and reading level.

For Children Under Age 8:

• Orders are dispatched within 72 hours of order confirmation.

For Children Age 8+ and Adults:

• Orders are dispatched 72 hours after the Lit Score Test is completed, so we can personalize the reading selection to match the user’s inventory level.

For Gift Orders:

• Dispatch will be initiated once the gift recipient logs into their account and updates the shipping address.

Tracking & Notifications

• You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link via email.
• You can also track your order and its delivery status in your My Account > Orders section.
